The project involved designing two bridges over the new Jeddah Formula 1 circuit: a permanent pedestrian bridge and a temporary vehicular bridge. The pedestrian bridge features a repeated hexagonal section, creating sharp, dynamic lines that echo the geometry of F1 racing cars. Wrapped in a patterned mesh, it provides shade and limits views of the circuit below. As for the vehicular bridge, its unique features are the side elevations that showcase woven white fabric strips and vertical aluminum studs, capturing the speed, motion, and continuous loops characteristic of F1 racing.
