Born in 1980 in Beirut, Lebanon. Joined Arata Isozaki & Associates in 2003, and since then has been working on the firm’s international projects with special focus on the Middle Eastern Area. Became Senior Project Manager of Isozaki, Aoki & Associates in 2011, when it was formed as an independent architectural and urban design firm out of Arata Isozaki & Associates. In the same year, he established his own architectural practice under the name of Yatsu Chahal Architects. In May 2013, he was appointed as a director in Isozaki, Aoki & Associates, working with the firm, in this capacity, on various international projects. In 2019, he established Atelier MORF after working for AAarchitects.
